PROCEEDINGS OF THE BEADLE COUNTY COMMISSION

SPECIAL MEETING

FEBRUARY 3, 2006

     The Board of Beadle County Commissioners met – Friday February 3, 2006 at 1:00 pm, pursuant to adjournment of January 31, 2006 with members present: Chairman Mattke, Vice Chairman Chase, Dahl and Marcus. Absent: Ziegeldorf.

   Moved by Chase, seconded by Marcus. Motion carried. To go into Executive Session at 1:05 pm to discuss personnel matters. Chairman Mattke declared Executive Session over at 3:15 pm.

      On motion the Board adjourned.
