PROCEEDINGS OF THE BEADLE COUNTY COMMISSION
APRIL 17, 2007
The Board of Beadle County Commissioners met Tuesday – April 17, 2007 at 9:00 a.m., pursuant to adjournment of April 10, 2007 with members present: Chairman Mattke, Chase and Drake. Absent: Vice Chair Marcus and Werner.
The minutes of April 10, 2007 were approved as read with no additions or changes.
Moved by Drake, seconded by Chase. Motion carried. To approve to advertise for Blade operator for the Beadle County Highway Department with closing date of May 3, 2007.
Moved by Drake, seconded by Chase. Motion carried. To approve conditional use permit for Michael Lohr to operate a Bed & Breakfast at Lake Byron. (Lot 29 of the Plat of Wilk’s Lots 25-29, replat of Lot 24, Paul J Gross Addition to Lake Byron, 40489 N Shore Road) Documentation of septic system on file in the Auditor and Director of Equalization Offices.

RESOLUTION 04-05-07
“PLAT OF TOLLEFSON OUTLOT1, A PART OF THE
SE4 OF SECTION 3-112-63”
On recommendation of the Beadle County Planning Commission: BE IT RESOLVED: by the Board of Beadle County Commissioners that the plat of “Tollefson Outlot 1, a part of the SE4 of Section 3-112-63”, West of the 5th P.M., Beadle County, South Dakota, as described above and drawn hereon be approved and accepted and the Auditor hereby is instructed to endorse on such plat a copy of this resolution and to certify the same.

RESOLUTION 04-06-07
"CORRECTIVE TREASURER TAX DEED"
BE IT RESOLVED: That the Beadle County Board of Commissioners in session this 17th day of April, 2007 do hereby approve the following Corrective Tax Deed to Richard W. Eck, 323 Nelson St NE, Wolsey SD 57384 for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00):
N 110’ of Outlot 10 or otherwise described as the N 100’ of
E 127’ of Outlot 10, Wolsey Outlots to the City of Wolsey,
Beadle County South Dakota.
It should have read as follows:
N 110’ of Outlot 10 or otherwise described as the N 110’ of
E 127’ of Outlot 10, Wolsey Outlots to the City of Wolsey,
Beadle County, South Dakota
*This Deed is given to correct the Treasurer Tax Deed to Beadle County, South Dakota recorded on February 21, 1958, in Book 312, Page 380 in the Beadle County Register of Deeds Office.
Exempt from transfer fee pursuant to SDCL 43-4-22 (4).
Moved by Drake, seconded by Chase. Motion carried. To approve Conditional Use Permit for Bill Larsen to expand hog operation by 2400 head based on state approval. (NE4, Section 6, Wolsey Township)
Moved by Chase, seconded by Drake. Motion carried. To approve 2006 tax abatement in the amount of $171.82 for 4 months for Lester Kahre as buildings were destroyed by tornado. (E88 rods of N123 rods of NE4 and S11 rods of N134 rods of E36.66 rods, NE4, Section 5 Dearborn Township)
On motion the Board adjourned to meet next on April 24, 2007 at 9:00 a.m.
