PROCEEDINGS OF THE 2007 BEADLE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
APRIL 24, 2007
The Beadle County Board of Equalization met Tuesday – April 24, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. with members present: Chairman Mattke, Vice Chair Marcus, Chase, Drake and Werner. Also present were Pat Tschetter, Director of Equalization and Debbie Lindblad, Deputy Director of Equalization.
The following were reconsidered from April 10, 2007.

To approve to raise Local Board value structure from $34,000.00 to $70,559.00 and Ag structures raise Local Board from $36,724.00 to $47,724.00 and land to remain at $122,092.00.

To approve 2007 Abstract together with the property values as returned by the various political subdivision and changes by Local Boards in various taxing district and to declare the Beadle County Board of Equalization has completed the Equalization matters for the year 2007.
