BEADLE COUNTY DRAINAGE BOARD
SEPTEMBER 11, 2007
The Beadle County Drainage Board met on September 11, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. with members present: Chairman Mattke, Vice Chair Marcus, Chase, Drake & Werner. Also present Jerry Batien/Beadle County Highway Department Superintendent, Lynn Walter/land owner & Milford Brock/renter.
The Drainage Board met to consider the request of Milford Brock and Lynn Walter to place a culvert in drainage ditch to use as a field & livestock crossing. Legal description of N2 of SW4, Section 30, Pleasant View Township. They presented approved SD Minimal Effect Procedure Form from Natural Resources Conservation Service for this request.
Moved by Werner, seconded by Marcus. Motion carried. To approve to allow placing culvert in drainage ditch in N2 of SW4, Section 30, Pleasant View Township and to work with Pierce & Harris Engineering for proper placement and size of culvert needed.
Adjourned at 11:15 a.m. to reconvene as Board of Commissioners.
