PUBLIC NOTICE
RESOLUTION 09-06-07
WHEREAS, there is a possibility of heavy snow cover in Beadle County this year, snow removal is a problem for all of the people in the county; therefore, we the Beadle County Commissioners in pursuant to SDCL 31-13-56 are asking the residents of rural Beadle County to refrain from pushing snow from private property onto the Public Highway Right - of - Way. We also are requesting that all hay bales be removed from Public Right - of - Way by November 1, 2007, and 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: PENALTY FOR NON - COMPLIANCE
WITH THIS REQUEST - any person dumping snow on County Highways or Right - of - Way is in violation of SDCL 34A-7-6 and guilty of a Class 2 Misdemeanor, which is punishable with a $100.00 fine or 30 days in jail. In addition, the court may enforce removal of snow or other debris and tax the cost for such removal against any individual convicted of such violation.

RESOLUTION 9-07-07
"ADOPTION OF THE ANNUAL 2008 BUDGET FOR BEADLE COUNTY, SOUTH DAKOTA"

WHEREAS, (7-21-5 through 13), SDCL provides that the Board of County Commissioners shall each year prepare a Provisional Budget of all contemplated expenditures and revenues of the County and all its institutions and agencies for such fiscal year and,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did prepare a Provisional Budget and cause same to be published by law, and 
WHEREAS, due and legal notice has been given to the meeting of the Board of County Commissioners for the consideration of such Provisional Budget and all changes, eliminations and additions have been made thereto,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That such provisional budget as amended and all its purposes schedules, appropriations, amounts, estimates and all matters therein set forth, SHALL BE APPROVED AND ADOPTED AS THE ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURES for Beadle County, South Dakota, and all its institutions and agencies for calendar year beginning January 1, 2008, and ending December 31, 2008, and the same is hereby approved and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners of Beadle County, South Dakota, this 27th day of September 2007. The annual budget so adopted is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the office of the county auditor Beadle County, South Dakota. The accompanying taxes are levied by Beadle County for the year January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008.
