The Board of Beadle County Commissioners met Thursday January 31, 2008 at 9:00 a.m., pursuant to adjournment of January 14, 2008 with members present: Chairperson Marcus, Vice Chairman Chase, Drake, Mattke and Werner.

Moved by Mattke, seconded by Werner. Motion carried. To approve 2007 Abatement for Mobile Home on real estate in the amount of $619.24 in the name of Tater Hins, Record #14973 as mobile home moved to Brookings in 2006 and not removed from Director of Equalization records.
At 11:00 a.m. the Chairperson declared bidding closed and the notice to bidders for Ethanol Gas no more than 10% ethanol approximately 20,000-25,000 gallons more or less to be delivered as needed in transport loads to the County Highway Department was read. The following bid was received:

At 11:05 a.m. the Chairperson declared bidding closed and the notice to bidders for Unleaded Gas with a minimum research was read. The following bid was received:

Linda Smith and Kevin Vaith from the Beadle County Extension Center met with the board to give 2007 4th quarter report. Marilyn Schnetzer representing Beadle County 4-H also gave 2007 report.
On motion the Board adjourned to meet next on February 7, 2008 at 12:00 p.m.
