PROCEEDINGS OF THE BEADLE COUNTY COMMISSION
JUNE 23, 2008
The Board of Beadle County Commissioners met Monday – June 23, 2008 at 10:00 a.m., pursuant to adjournment of June 12, 2008 with members present: Chairman Marcus, Drake and Mattke. Absent: Vice Chairman Chase and Werner.
Tony Taylor, CSI from Koch Hazard Architects was present to conduct pre bid meeting with interested bidders for the Beadle County Courthouse Remodel.
Chairman Marcus informed the board that Dick Freske, Construction Consultant for the project, had notified her that he or interested bidders had not received bid specifications from the architect. Chairman Marcus then called for motion that due to Koch Hazard Architects not delivering plans and specifications in a timely manner to post pone pre bid meeting and bid date.
Moved by Drake, seconded by Mattke. Motion carried. To approve to post pone pre bid meeting to July 2, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. and bid date to July 10, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. for the Beadle County Courthouse Remodel.
The Board adjourned.
