| PROCEEDINGS OF THE BEADLE COMMISSIONERS SPECIAL MEETING MARCH 2, 2009 The Board of Beadle County Commissioners met Monday – March 2, 2009 at 3:00 p.m., with members present: Chairman Marcus, Vice Chairman Drake, Mattke and Benson. Absent: Werner. Moved by Benson, seconded by Drake. Motion carried.
