PROCEEDINGS OF THE BEADLE COUNTY COMMISSION
DECEMBER 22, 2009
The Board of Beadle County Commissioners met Tuesday, December 22, 2009 at 9:00 am, pursuant to adjournment of December 21, 2009 with members present: Chairman Marcus, Vice Chairman Drake, Benson, Mattke and Werner.
The Minutes of December 15, 2009 were approved.
The Board reviewed one and two year periods beginning January 1, 2010 bank proposals from Wells Fargo, Dakotaland Federal Credit Union, Farmers & Merchants Branch of First National Bank, American Bank & Trust and Bank of the West California.
Moved by Werner, seconded by Mattke, motion carried to approve the proposal from American Bank & Trust for a two year period, pursuing the ATM Services and E-Deposits (remote deposit services) as stated in their proposal.
Moved by Werner, seconded by Benson, motion carried to go into Executive Session for personnel at 9:20 a.m. Chairman Marcus declared Executive Session over at 9:45 a.m.
Moved by Werner, seconded by Mattke, motion carried to acknowledge $91,569.42 received from the State of South Dakota for the purpose of the Our Home Grant project, and authorize Jill Hanson, Beadle County Auditor, to pay Our Home $91,569.42 as per a Resolution signed previously by the board of Commissioners.
The Board adjourned to meet next on December 30, 2009 at 9:00 a.m.
