PROCEEDINGS OF THE BEADLE COUNTY COMMISSION
FEBRUARY 23, 2010
The Board of Beadle County Commissioners met on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at 12:30 p.m. pursuant to adjournment of February 16, 2010 with members present: Chair Werner, Vice Chair Drake, Benson, Marcus and Mattke.
The Board visited with Jerry Batien, Beadle County Highway Superintendent , looked at the extended weather forecast , and took into consideration the current shape of the Beadle County oil roads to decide if they could delaying the start of the load limits or if they needed to implement the load limits.
Moved by Benson, seconded by Marcus, motion carried to implement the load limits on Beadle County oil roads as per Resolution 01-09-10 effective February 24, 2010.
Moved by Drake, seconded by Marcus, motion carried, to go into Executive session for personnel at 1:10 p.m. Chair Werner declared Executive Session over at 4:25 p.m.
The Board adjourned to meet next on Thursday – February 25, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.
