PROCEEDINGS OF THE 2010 BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
APRIL 27, 2010
The Beadle County Board of Equalization met Tuesday – April 27, 2010 at 1:00 p.m. with members present: Chair Werner, Vice Chair Drake, Benson, Mattke and Marcus. Also, present were Pat Tschetter - Director of Equalization and Debbie Lindblad – Deputy Director of Equalization.
The following were reconsidered from April 15, 2010.

APPEAL #3 – Record #14482 – Lots 5-12, Block 29 – Wolsey Original Plat – Moved by Marcus, seconded by Mattke, motion carried to approve to raise the local board structure value from $72,454.00 to $92,502.00 and land value to remain at $6,300.00.

APPEAL #7 – Record #14392 – Lots 7-12, Block 16 Wolsey Blocks 10-19. – Moved by Benson, seconded by Marcus, motion carried to keep the value at the Local Board structure value of $77,924.00 and land value to remain at $3,544.00

Moved by Marcus, seconded by Mattke, motion carried to approve 2010 Abstract together with the property values as returned by the various political subdivision and changes by Local Boards in various taxing district and to declare the Beadle County Board of Equalization has completed the Equalization matters for the year 2010.
