Important Dates to Remember:

January 1, 2004    Registration of Mobile Homes which are 1976 or older models
March 1, 2004    Assessment Notices Mailed - reflecting the full and true value of all properties for 2003.    
 March 11, 2004    File Property Appeal to Local Board of Equalization - if you do not agree with value on assessment notice.
 March 15, 2004    Filing of Owner Occupied Forms - check with the office if you are unsure whether you have Owner Occupied designation on your current residence.
 March 15 - 19, 2004    Local Board of Equalization meets 
 April 1, 2004    All Freeze Forms must be filed with the Treasurer's Office
 April 6, 2004    File Property Appeal to the County Board
 April 3 - 22, 2004    County Board of Equalization Meets
 May 21, 2004    File Property Appeal with State Office of Hearing Examiner
